A supportive and educational group is forming for Adult (Ages 18 and up ) who have ADD/ADHD and want to improve their lives. This group is for individuals who want to stop the angry feelings, procrastination, moodiness, impulsivity, low self esteem, and underachievement. By understanding ADD/ADHD, a neurobiological condition, you will learn strategies that work with your strengths to make positive changes to your interpersonal relationships, work, mood, self-esteem, focus and other aspects of your life affected by ADD. In a supportive group environment, members can share practical as well as emotional experiences living with ADD/ADHD. Sharing of experiences, and listening to others share their experiences, provides a deeper understanding, and a way to move forward. The group is structured to provide education, practical support and guidance that will help you take positive action.
