ANGER MANAGEMENT GROUP
When anger is expressed in a healthy manner, it can bring about important and beneficial changes to a relationship or situation. Healthy anger serves as a warning that something is wrong or of imminent danger and can energize a person into action to resist possible attack/danger or move out of danger. However, when anger is not well managed, it can become chronic and destructive and take a tremendous toll on the health of individuals and their families. This group will benefit individuals who recognize the negative impact of their unmanaged anger and want to find better ways to deal with it.

In a supportive group environment composed of others who understand what it's like to struggle with anger issues, you will learn ways to stop destructive expressions of anger; identify unmet needs, attitudes and beliefs that trigger anger and replace them with new, adaptive solutions. The benefits of managing your anger to you and your family are many. Attending this group, you will find relief, support and understanding of your experience with anger. You will feel encouraged to take the steps to healthy expression of your anger which will bring you feeling of empowerment, not guilt or remorse.

Group will provide education, skills, support, and coaching to help you achieve your goals.
